My Ripple Map
Trace one kindness you received as far as it travelled, then plan one ripple of your own, with a seven-day tracker to print.
Goes with the story The Noticing.

Before you start
Every story on The Estate ends with a ripple — one choice that travels further than anyone expected. This worksheet helps you see the ripples already in your life, and start one on purpose.
Steps
- In the middle of the page, draw a small circle. Inside it, write one kind thing someone did for you that you’ve never forgotten. A word, a lift, a plate, a knock on the door.
- Draw a ring around it. In the ring, write what that kindness changed for you, even slightly.
- Draw another ring. Write what you did differently because of it, or who you passed it on to.
- Keep going as far as you can trace it. Most people are surprised how far it goes.
- On the back, draw a new small circle. This is your ripple. Write one small, deliberate kindness you’ll do this week.
Seven-day ripple tracker — one line a day:
- Monday: What ripple did I notice?
- Tuesday: What ripple did I send?
- Wednesday: Who surprised me?
- Thursday: What did I nearly miss?
- Friday: What did I choose differently?
- Saturday: Who did I check on?
- Sunday: What travelled further than I expected?

Sit with this
One story can change one thought. One thought can change one decision. One decision can change a life. Sit with the idea that somewhere, someone is carrying a ripple you started and never saw land.
The Ripple
Do the kindness you wrote in your new circle. You don’t need to see where it goes. That’s the point.

One story. One thought. One different direction.
